Product Information

Our products are handcrafted from recycled glass and other materials. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, size, shape, and finish are natural and are part of the character of the product — they are not defects. We make every effort to display products accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR); you can switch currency using the selector on our website. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. A VAT invoice can be provided on request. While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occur; if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and credit or debit card payments through our secure payment partners. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Order acceptance and processing are governed by our Ordering & Delivery Policy, delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns by our Return Policy. Please read these alongside these Terms.
