We aim to deliver every order safely and efficiently, whether you are in Nairobi or across the world. This policy explains where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where We Ship

We ship within Kenya and worldwide.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, and the size and weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Delivery Timeframes

The times below are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched (see order processing time in our Ordering & Delivery Policy):

  • Within Nairobi: 1 business day
  • Other regions within Kenya: 2 business days
  • International: up to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Orders

We welcome international customers. Please note the following for orders shipped outside Kenya:

  • Minimum order value: International orders have a minimum order value of USD 200 (or the equivalent in your currency). This helps keep international shipping worthwhile relative to courier costs.
  • Import duties and taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
  • Currency: Prices are available in KES, USD, and EUR. You can switch currency using the selector on our website.

Delivery Partners

We use reputable courier partners to handle your order with care. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Our glassware is handcrafted and fragile, so we pack it carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the item and packaging exactly as you received them and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. These photos allow us to claim against the courier and to arrange a replacement for you. Please see our Return Policy for the full process.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive it or the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
