Ordering & Delivery
Thank you for shopping with Greenthing Kenya. This policy explains how orders are placed, accepted, processed, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our website at www.greenthing.co.ke. Once you submit an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance of your order (see “Order Acceptance” below).
Payment Methods
We accept M-Pesa and credit or debit card payments through our secure payment partners. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed. We do not store your full card details on our website — payments are handled directly by our payment processors.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. This is the time we take to prepare and dispatch your order; it is separate from the delivery (transit) time, which is set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotions.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@greenthing.co.ke. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our Return Policy will apply.
Out-of-Stock Items
Our products are handcrafted, so stock can be limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a restock timeline, or a full refund for that item.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Accurate Delivery Details
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply where a delivery has to be re-attempted (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
